Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Designing effective marketing funnels

• Creating user flows on targeted landing pages

• Generating hypotheses and validating them through extensive A/B testing

• Analyzing funnels of both direct and indirect competitors

• Examining user behavior through internal analytics tools

• Collaborating closely with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in web design

• Proficiency in Figma at a high level

• Understanding of composition, typography, and color theory

• Business-oriented mindset — design not just for aesthetics, but primarily to enhance conversion rates

• Ability to present information in a structured manner (research results; concept presentations; brainstorming ideas)

• Capability to justify decisions

• Openness to constructive feedback

• Desire for personal growth and advancement in seniority
