Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design impactful animated and static marketing creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, App Store, Google Play, and various other paid advertising channels.

• Take full ownership of the creative production process from start to finish, including brainstorming ideas, creating or sourcing visual assets, animation, editing, selecting music, and adding sound effects.

• Generate innovative concepts, hooks, and visual directions for new advertising creatives, bringing ideas to life.

• Continuously investigate new perspectives, visual styles, formats, and creative methodologies to discover what resonates with our target audience.

• Transform creative insights into enhanced concepts, fresh variations, and higher-performing advertisements, consistently improving week after week.

⛳️ Requirements

• An outstanding portfolio or showreel that highlights strong motion design abilities, a thorough understanding of animation principles, and sharp creative thinking.

• Previous experience in creating performance marketing creatives, user acquisition advertisements, or mobile advertising is highly advantageous.

• A curious creative mindset with a genuine passion for understanding the psychology behind what compels individuals to stop scrolling, click, and install. You keep up with trends, generate ideas, and take complete responsibility from concept through to the final product.

• A keen visual sensibility. While motion is central to this role, you also excel at combining typography, composition, color, and imagery into captivating marketing assets before animating them.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects.

• Familiarity with AI tools as part of your creative workflow is a plus, utilizing whatever helps achieve the best results in the shortest time.

• An individual who flourishes in a remote work environment, takes initiative, communicates effectively, and delivers exceptional results as part of a small, high-performing team.
