• Engage in a structured rotational program across critical areas in Mortgage Title Operations.

• Observe and assist teams with title searches, examinations, closings, escrows, post-closing activities, and customer support.

• Aid in reviewing title documents, performing data entry, and ensuring accurate record maintenance.

• Acquire skills to identify and resolve title-related issues with guidance.

• Support daily operational tasks including file processing and transaction tracking.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on mortgage and title procedures.

• Take part in training sessions and mentorship opportunities.

• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives by identifying areas of inefficiency.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.

• Strong skills in MS Excel for Finance internship roles.

• Interest in the Mortgage, Real Estate, Financial, and Title Insurance sectors.
