This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the recruitment process and the strategic formulation, execution, and continuous improvement of impactful recruitment plans and selection strategies that support Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders across CrossCountry Mortgage.
• Collaborate with executive-level VPs, Regional Managers, Directors, Branch Managers, and Sales sources to identify, interview, and onboard top-tier candidates for Loan Officer, Mortgage Banker, and Branch Manager roles in strategically identified market regions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to remain informed about current and future hiring requirements and business objectives.
• Create growth action plans for targeted markets, incorporating metrics from initial contact to successful hire; identify target companies and passive candidates by utilizing available resources.
• Achieve hiring objectives as set by the leadership of the Recruiting Department.
• 3-5 years of experience as a mortgage sales recruiter.
• Prior experience in a loan originator, branch, or mortgage production setting is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting for retail mortgage loan originators and/or within a sales call center environment.
• Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM tools to ensure all recruitment efforts are consistently updated for accurate and timely reporting.
