This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and manages portfolios in lending services for both current and prospective clients.
• Aids in the development of new business proposals or presentations for clients and prospects.
• Recognizes and suggests alternative workflow processes that can enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Engages in client sales and service support activities as necessary to satisfy client needs and uphold overall service standards.
• Takes responsibility for client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and appropriate referrals.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of integrated private banking services, offerings, and lending procedures.
• Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Manages the setup, maintenance, and progression of lending products and associated account administration in accordance with established guidelines.
• Identifies, documents, and informs the banker or relationship manager of any credit or risk management concerns.
• Generally, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is expected.
• A post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Familiarity with personal (primarily) and commercial credit, as well as non-credit products and services.
• Knowledge of lending processes and applicable supporting policies.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A criminal background check and credit history assessment will be necessary.
