This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assess investor loan deficiencies and resolve them independently without the need for underwriter, branch, or borrower involvement.
• Perform daily evaluations of investor loan pipelines to pinpoint suspended loans that need remediation.
• Confirm all suspense conditions and deliver resolutions by the designated cure date.
• Clarify documentation requirements with investors as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and borrowers to promptly gather required documentation.
• Draft formal written responses to agencies and investors when audits uncover deficiencies.
• Diligently track and log all events and communications pertaining to loan files.
• Review daily condition reports from investors for updates on deficient loans or new requirements.
• Monitor aged loans in the active pipeline until purchased by the investor.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Agency and Investor guidelines and overlays.
• Achieve daily production targets set by management and comply with internal SLA timelines.
• Deliver continuous quality service while ensuring the confidentiality of all files and information.
• At least 5 years of recent experience in mortgage closing and/or post-closing operations.
• Thorough knowledge of Regulatory and Investor guidelines for various loan programs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks, and adjusting priorities as needed.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to maintain customer trust through quality service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ENCOMPASS LOS is an advantage.
• Proven experience in attention to detail, both written and verbal communication, multitasking, and working collaboratively in a team environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
