Mortgage Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee a Mortgage/Consumer Lending department by managing a team of supervisors and/or operations managers.

• Ensure that operational efficiency and targeted goals are achieved.

• Provide expertise in operational, technical, and functional aspects of work policies and procedures.

• Develop and implement new methods and procedures to enhance daily operational efficiency.

• Assist with the annual budget process and maintain financial accountability for the department/unit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or alternatively, four to five years of relevant experience.

• At least four years of experience in operations.

• A minimum of four years in a supervisory or management role.
