Mortgage Loan Processor, Broker Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client profiles and accompanying documentation to finalize initial assessments

• Support the Finance Broker in fulfilling all compliance obligations

• Complete lender pricing approvals, conduct client credit assessments, and arrange valuation orders

• Manage loan processing using Aggregator CRM and ApplyOnline platforms

• Gather and organize lender documents for submission

• Cultivate client relationships, gather additional supporting documents, and provide updates on loan status

• Oversee conditionally approved applications and respond to lender information inquiries

• Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, solicitors, accountants, Business Partners, and members of the Lending Team

• Track pre-approved home loans through to full approval and settlement

• Utilize knowledge and judgment to motivate third parties to satisfy approval conditions

• Report any potentially fraudulent loan activities

• Request, authenticate, and mitigate risks associated with valuation reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Seeking candidates based in the Philippines

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Australian Mortgage Loan Processing is mandatory

• Previous exposure to Apply Online, Podium, Mercury, Symmetry, or Flex is advantageous

• Experience with Sales Trekker is a plus

• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized

• Proficient in managing work responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines

• Strong English comprehension and fluency, with a keen eye for grammar and spelling

• Positive attitude with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

• Willingness to collaborate and demonstrate a team-oriented mindset

• Required to disclose any current ongoing roles or client commitments

• Must clearly indicate this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
