This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Generate leads and initiate mortgage loans through branches, real estate agents, and builders.
• Conduct interviews with mortgage loan applicants.
• Process loan applications submitted by customers.
• Forward the applicant’s documentation to processors in the centralized loan support department.
• Address referrals from branch staff and other sources.
• Assist in gathering additional data or information as requested by processors.
• Promote all bank products and services.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or sales.
• Familiarity with mortgage regulations and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to understand complex instructions and technical documents.
• Capacity to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• An MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred.
