This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Effectively present and convey information about the company's loan products and services;

• Support clients in filling out loan applications and all required documentation;

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of client financial data to confirm loan eligibility;

• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• NMLS License is mandatory;

• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products is essential;

• Experience with Hard Money lending is an advantage;

• DRE License is a plus.
