⛳️ Requirements

• An active and approved STATE NMLS license is essential.

• A meticulous approach paired with proven, thoughtful decision-making capabilities.

• The commitment to uphold all mortgage licenses by fulfilling mandatory annual continuing education requirements.

• A solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.

• Proficiency in using technical systems and programs, including Encompass.

• Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance matters pertinent to the mortgage sector.

• The ability and enthusiasm for cultivating and expanding a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.

• Being bilingual is considered a significant advantage (A PLUS!).
