Mortgage Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Source residential first mortgages by engaging with Realtors, builders, and developers.

• Conduct interviews with loan applicants and make informed credit decisions.

• Evaluate financial information to assess creditworthiness.

• Gather necessary documentation from each applicant and ensure timely delivery of the loan package.

• Uphold exceptional levels of customer service while effectively managing applicants' expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a degree equivalent to a four-year college education.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and/or training.

• At least 2 years of related management experience.

• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and comprehending general business articles.

• Skilled in effectively communicating before groups of customers or employees.

• Capable of accurately calculating figures and amounts.

• Adept at resolving practical problems in diverse situations.

• Ability to work independently without supervision.
