Mortgage Loan Officer, VA, MD, NC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Market mortgage banking products and services to both individual and corporate clients

• Recognize and pursue new business prospects

• Conduct assessments to understand client needs

• Provide presentations on mortgage solutions

• Oversee the loan origination process

• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners

• Identify and formulate revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing strategies, and mortgage product development initiatives

• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, which may include Realtor/builder relationships, affinity programs, and referral agreements

• Prioritize and monitor investments in new mortgage product development projects

• Manage projects and integrate new business concepts and/or acquisitions

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required; a relevant combination of education and experience may be considered

• Typically requires 0–2+ years of prior experience with a comprehensive understanding of the field

• May necessitate obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration

• Eligible work locations include VA, MD, or NC, as specified by the role title
