This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an NMLS license and have a minimum of 1 year of CURRENT experience.

• Currently active Mortgage Loan Originators with a stable employment history are preferred.

• Average closure of at least 3 residential home loans per month is required.

• An established referral database for generating your own purchase leads is essential.
