⛳️ Requirements

• Must fulfill all requirements set by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).

• Must have successfully passed the NMLS SAFE exam.

• A strong desire to assist individuals in achieving their aspirations.

• Experience in sales and/or working in a service-oriented role.

• Self-motivated, driven by results, and able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.

• Competitive, enthusiastic, and possess a positive outlook.

• Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive selling abilities.

• High-speed internet is necessary for remote work, specifically Cable or Fiber ONLY with Ethernet connectivity.

• Minimum internet speeds required: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
