Mortgage Loan Officer – Draw, Commission

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out new mortgage opportunities and promote mortgage services.

• Assist borrowers throughout the pre-qualification and pre-approval stages.

• Oversee the issuance of necessary disclosure packages and collect required documentation.

• Conduct financial assessments and submit files for underwriting review.

• Maintain a consistent flow of loan applications.

• Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, builders, and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the role of a mortgage loan officer.

• Proven ability to independently generate business development opportunities.

• Associate's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• NMLS licensing and ongoing qualification maintenance.

• Equivalent formal certifications or relevant professional experience in the mortgage or financial services sectors.
