Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee the process of purchasing mortgage loans from application to closing.

• Transform company-generated purchase opportunities into funded loans through diligent follow-up.

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients and Zillow Preferred Agents.

• Maintain an active pipeline while adhering to established service standards.

• Utilize Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and analytical tools to ensure pipeline health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in mortgage origination, particularly focused on purchase transactions.

• Active NMLS Loan Originator holding state licenses or working as a Loan Originator under a federal bank license.

• Successful completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passing the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.

• Strong client service focus complemented by consultative sales abilities.

• Competence in using CRM, LOS, and Microsoft software applications.
