This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Originate and oversee purchase mortgage loans from the application stage through to closing.
• Transform company-generated purchase leads into funded loans through proactive follow-up efforts.
• Establish robust relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Manage a dynamic pipeline while adhering to service levels, productivity standards, and funding goals.
• Utilize Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to ensure pipeline health.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to facilitate efficient loan movement.
• Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience through communication via phone, email, and text.
• Remain up-to-date on market trends and regulatory requirements to offer customized financing solutions.
• Maintain active licensing and fulfill required educational obligations.
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage origination with a strong focus on purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or Loan Originator under a federal bank license.
• Successful completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passing of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Demonstrated success in originating purchase loans within a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or agent-centric referral model.
• Strong client service orientation coupled with consultative sales abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a structured, performance-oriented environment with clearly defined KPIs.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and pipeline management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM, LOS, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
