This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee purchase mortgage loans from the application stage to closing, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

• Transform company-generated purchase leads into funded loans through proactive engagement and effective consultation with borrowers.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and, when applicable, with Zillow Preferred Agents and local collaborators.

• Maintain an active loan pipeline while adhering to established service levels, productivity targets, and funding goals.

• Utilize Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and data-driven tools to enhance pipeline management and customer interaction.

• Collaborate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to facilitate efficient loan processing.

• Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience through communication via phone, email, and text.

• Remain informed about market trends, lending programs, and regulatory standards to offer customized financing options.

• Keep up with active licensing, fulfill educational requirements, and engage in ongoing professional growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of mortgage origination experience, focusing on purchase transactions, either as an active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or as a Loan Originator under a federal bank license.

• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.

• Demonstrated success in originating purchase loans in either a high-volume, phone-based sales setting or an agent-centric referral model.

• Strong client service focus with consultative sales abilities and a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process.

• Ability to thrive in a structured, performance-oriented environment with clearly defined KPIs.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to establish trust quickly.

• Strong skills in time management, organization, and pipeline oversight.

• Proficient in CRM, LOS, and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
