Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• The candidate will oversee all aspects of mortgage loan origination for their clients.

• Provide borrowers with comprehensive education, ensuring they have access to all relevant information and options in an organized and timely manner.

• The candidate may assist in gathering documentation both prior to and following closing to facilitate a seamless process through Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding.

• Attend a minimum of three training sessions before being granted access to our advanced L.O.S. - Lending Pad and our pricing system - Optimal Blue.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.

• Must possess an NMLS MLO License.

• The license must be valid in the state and authorized for business operations (or the candidate must be in the process of obtaining company sponsorship to address any deficiencies).

• Successful completion of a Criminal and state background check is mandatory.
