• Propel revenue growth by transforming prequalified inbound leads into finalized loan applications.
• Offer tailored financial solutions for real estate investors and investment firms.
• Cultivate relationships with repeat borrowers and warm leads through continuous communication and relationship management.
• Handle inbound inquiries from investors seeking mortgage financing.
• Follow up with current leads through calls, emails, and texts.
• Assess loan applications along with their supporting financial documents.
• Design financing solutions for investment properties utilizing DFS products.
• Maintain regular communication with borrowers to provide updates and assist them through the process.
• Comfortable engaging on the phone and driven by closing deals.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Dependable and trustworthy with a consistent work ethic.
• Proficient in computer skills and familiar with digital communication platforms.
• Energetic, tenacious, and receptive to coaching and constructive feedback.
