Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Originate residential mortgage loans (both QM and non-QM) while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.

• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of borrowers utilizing our state-of-the-art CRM and dialing system.

• Inform borrowers about various loan options, guiding them through Beeline’s efficient digital process.

• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closers to ensure seamless loan progression from application to funding.

• Maintain thorough expertise in Beeline’s product offerings, pricing strategies, and industry developments.

• Provide outstanding service that fosters long-lasting client relationships and encourages referrals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed loan officer (ideally direct-to-consumer).

• Proficient with technology and familiar with working in a dialing system.

• High emotional intelligence and a strong sense of empathy.

• Excellent communication skills across all channels — phone, email, SMS.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Well-organized and capable of clear thinking.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous.

• Knowledge of investment properties is a plus.
