This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver live, concierge-level assistance to customers through phone, chat, and other real-time communication channels.
• Navigate customers through Aven’s offerings, procedures, and subsequent actions with assurance and clarity.
• Precisely record customer interactions and results in internal databases.
• Recognize common customer inquiries or pain points and relay findings to product and operations teams.
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to present Aven’s services.
• Address or escalate concerns through suitable channels.
• Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and meticulousness when managing sensitive data.
• Must Have: Over 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, HELOC/Mortgage/real estate financing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to rapidly comprehend new products and processes.
• Self-driven, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while thriving under pressure with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
• Strong focus on detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
• Bonus: Proficiency in multiple languages.
• Bonus: Background in fintech, financial services, or regulated sectors.
