Mortgage Closer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Preparing closing documents, financing the loan, and managing the auditing of complex loans.

• Coordinating with escrow/title companies and loan originators to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.

• Reviewing executed documents to authorize funding and preparing for the disbursement of funds.

• Auditing completed files and assembling delivery-servicing packages.

• Actively engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Over 5 years of prior experience in Closing.

• In-depth understanding of real estate documentation necessities and the closing procedure.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient PC skills, particularly in MS Office.

• Experience with mortgage origination systems, platform tools, and technologies.

• Proven organizational skills.
