Mortgage Agent/Broker, Ontario

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Generate mortgage business and establish strong relationships with clients

• Proactively create most or all of your own leads

• Utilize Perch's automated adjudication engine to connect clients with suitable lender options

• Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process

• Oversee client pipelines and identify new opportunities

• Employ automated Equifax soft credit checks and manage document requests

• Depend on internal support for client intake, document collection, and appraisal scheduling

• Ensure transparency with referral partners through automated status updates

• Concentrate on closing mortgage deals while Perch manages administrative and compliance tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of $10M in originated mortgages over the past 12 months

• Proven ability to self-generate the majority or all of your leads

• At least 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Agent/Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union

• Must hold a valid license as a mortgage professional
