Mortgage Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound leads via online platforms or phone and convert them into finalized mortgage applications.

• Collaborate with the document fulfillment team to assist with mortgage applications.

• Ensure a seamless mortgage application experience for clients.

• Offer insights and consistently enhance the customer experience.

• Address customer complaints as they arise.

• Maintain the Certified Mortgage Agent designation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage sales.

• A valid Mortgage License in Alberta is required.

• The Certified Mortgage Agent designation must be upheld.

• Self-driven individual with exceptional relationship-building capabilities.

• Proficient in utilizing sales tools and software.

• Capable of multitasking while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to simplify complex information for clients.

• Resourceful and skilled at finding solutions.

• Proactive and comfortable managing a busy workload.

• Possess a positive attitude.

• Strong financial knowledge.

• Exemplary customer service skills.
