• Implement, manage, and enhance observability solutions.

• Focus on Application Performance Monitoring (APM), metrics, logs, and traces.

• Instrument applications utilizing Datadog APM.

• Configure intelligent alerts, perform event correlation, and conduct performance analysis.

• Administer OpenSearch clusters effectively.

• Conduct log ingestion, indexing, and manage security protocols.

• Develop dashboards and optimize queries.

• Integrate observability practices into development through CI/CD pipelines.

• Operate within cloud and containerized environments.

• Respond to incidents and carry out comprehensive troubleshooting in SRE/DevOps contexts.

• Collaborate with technical teams, ensuring organization and thorough documentation.

• Practical experience with Datadog.

• Familiarity with OpenSearch, including cluster administration, dashboard development, query optimization, and index management.

• Experience in instrumenting applications using Datadog APM (Java, .NET, Node, Python, etc.).

• Ability to configure intelligent alerts, perform event correlation, and conduct performance analysis.

• Proficient in administering OpenSearch clusters, log ingestion using Fluent Bit/Logstash, indexing, and security management.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with cloud environments and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Proven experience in incident response (SRE/DevOps) and executing end-to-end troubleshooting.
