This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up monday.com workspaces, boards, views, permissions, automations, and integrations according to project specifications.
• Support implementation efforts and assist in transforming solution designs into practical applications on the monday.com platform.
• Prepare, clean, organize, and validate client data for migration to monday.com.
• Execute data imports and ensure information is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
• Test workflows, automations, formulas, and integrations to confirm that solutions work as expected.
• Address configuration issues and work in collaboration with senior consultants to identify and resolve problems.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, configuration notes, and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to the development of reusable templates, knowledge resources, and initiatives for continuous improvement within the practice.
• Keep up to date with new features, automation capabilities, certifications, and best practices related to monday.com.
• At least one (1) year of practical experience in configuring workflows, managing projects, building boards, or organizing data within monday.com.
• Knowledge of monday.com workspaces, board structures, views, permissions, automations, and standard integrations.
• Experience in supporting SaaS implementations or deploying business applications.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools, including tasks related to data cleanup, manipulation, validation, and organization.
• Background in preparing, formatting, and validating data for migrations or system imports.
• Understanding of fundamental relational data concepts and best practices for data integrity.
• Experience in creating documentation such as standard operating procedures, implementation guides, and similar process documentation.
• Previous experience in a consulting, professional services, technical support, operations, or business systems role.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a curious, persistent approach to technical challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a collaborative team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in technical support, operations, or business systems.
