📋 Description

• Conduct reviews of modularization and offer clear, actionable feedback to enhance project results.

• Mentor and assist project teams in implementing best practices for modularization.

• Aid in the creation of modular concepts.

• Organize and lead training sessions and workshops focused on modularization.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of modularization training programs.

• Help in producing online training tools and content related to modularization.

• Assist with modularization-themed conferences, presentations, and research initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in heavy industrial projects.

• At least 5+ years of experience specifically in modularization.

• Demonstrated expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to execution.

• Practical field experience in module yards and/or construction settings.

• An engineering degree is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Preferred experience in one or more disciplines such as mechanical, piping, process, electrical, or controls.

• Knowledge of standard design practices is a plus.
