This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions aligned with actual business processes and workflows.
• Facilitate scoping and discovery discussions with potential clients, converting business objectives and challenges into specific project parameters, timelines, and deliverable frameworks.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution architecture evaluations, proposal creation, and client presentations that showcase technical expertise.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can provide true value to clients and subsequently develop these solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for both technical teams and business users regarding Copilot and Microsoft 365.
• Design and set up SharePoint Online environments, including site architecture, permissions, and information structure.
• Assist with SharePoint migrations and document management projects, focusing on usability and governance.
• Manage priorities across multiple active client projects in a delivery-centric model.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on complex solutions and contribute to the collective knowledge of the team in all aspects of Modern Work.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders at all levels of technical expertise.
• Keep abreast of Microsoft's Modern Work roadmap and aid in translating emerging capabilities into proactive client recommendations and internal practice enhancements.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Entra, and essential administrative functions.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio solutions in production client settings.
• Excellent communication abilities; adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Background in a client-facing or consulting role.
• Established capability to independently manage competing priorities and client relationships across multiple simultaneous engagements.
• Strong history of converting complex business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions with measurable results.
• A proactive self-starter attitude with robust problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
• A proven record of translating business needs into feasible technical solutions.
