This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Offer legal and strategic advice to clients regarding immigration compliance service delivery.
• Oversee and regulate Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
• Develop, foster, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create in-house immigration services to boost revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit applications for visas and work permits.
• Keep abreast of immigration laws and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory changes.
• Manage internal documentation effectively.
• Address escalations, identify solutions, and guide stakeholders towards timely resolutions.
• Provide advice on specific travel requirements and immigration processes.
• Act as a primary contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
• Track case statuses using case management and billing systems.
• Deliver solution-oriented responses for complex client cases.
• Work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
• Enhance processes through automation and thorough documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related roles, with an emphasis on immigration.
• In-depth understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure during high workload periods.
• Experience in the technology sector or a rapidly growing company is highly desirable.
• A flexible and adaptable team player who can respond to changing priorities and processes.
• Proven customer-facing experience and strong communication skills with diverse client bases.
• Strong desire to expand knowledge of global immigration laws.
• Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal supervision is a plus.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.
