This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver legal and strategic counsel to clients regarding immigration compliance service provision.
• Oversee and manage Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
• Build, nurture, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, implement, and establish in-house immigration services to boost revenue, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and file visa and work permit applications.
• Independently uphold and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory modifications, and manage internal documentation.
• Effectively address escalations, assess when senior-level review is necessary, determine solutions, and guide stakeholders toward timely resolutions.
• Provide guidance for specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship matters.
• Manage case statuses by utilizing case management and billing systems effectively.
• Leverage immigration expertise to offer solution-oriented responses for complex client scenarios.
• Be a collaborative team member capable of working independently and taking charge of daily responsibilities.
• Actively enhance processes through automation and thorough documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related fields, with an emphasis on immigration.
• In-depth understanding of immigration protocols and the standard processes necessary for maintaining immigration compliance.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure, upholding high performance standards during peak workload periods.
• Experience in the technology sector or with companies experiencing rapid growth and scaling is highly advantageous.
• A flexible and adaptable team player who can easily adjust to shifting priorities or changing processes.
• Proven customer-facing experience, with a strong focus on communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
• A keen interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws, with a desire to develop expertise.
• Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal supervision is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required (additional languages are beneficial).
