This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Offer legal and strategic advice to clients regarding immigration compliance service provision.
• Oversee and manage Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
• Build, nurture, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and implement in-house immigration services to boost revenue, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Independently track and update immigration law, ensuring consistent compliance with regulatory changes while managing internal documentation.
• Effectively address escalations, assess when senior-level review is necessary, devise solutions, and assist stakeholders in achieving timely resolutions.
• Provide guidance for specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a contact point for business travel and sponsorship matters.
• Manage case statuses efficiently by utilizing case management and billing systems.
• Leverage immigration expertise to deliver solution-oriented responses for complex client cases.
• Be a collaborative team member who can work independently and take ownership of daily responsibilities.
• Actively seek to enhance processes through automation and thorough documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related fields, with a particular emphasis on immigration.
• Extensive knowledge of immigration procedures and the standard processes necessary for ensuring compliance.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
• Capacity to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure, upholding high-performance standards during peak workload periods.
• Experience in the technology sector or with a rapidly growing and scaling organization is highly advantageous.
• A flexible and adaptable team player capable of smoothly adjusting to shifting priorities or changing processes.
• Proven customer-facing experience, showcasing strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse client groups.
• A keen interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws, with a strong desire to develop expertise.
• Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal supervision is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential (knowledge of additional languages is beneficial).
• Demonstrates strong capabilities in automation and AI, along with fluency in AI tools.
