Mobility Manager – South of Spain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Your main objective is to manage the implementation of the Free2Move Rent program, driving growth in vehicle registrations and ensuring all dealerships adhere to our high standards for quality and profitability.

• Network Training & Development: Create and conduct engaging E-learning and in-person training sessions to equip dealership teams with the necessary product knowledge and tools.

• Operational Excellence: Establish standardized processes to facilitate a smooth and professional transition to the Rent-a-Car business model throughout the network.

• Business Optimization: Track KPIs, enhance fleet utilization, and execute continuous improvement strategies to achieve and surpass business objectives.

• Strategic Growth (B2B & B2C): Propel profitable growth in external rentals and the B2B sector by aligning commercial and marketing initiatives with dealers.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Boost the visibility and market presence of Free2Move Rent within the Spanish market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years in the Rent-a-Car sector (operations, counter management, or customer service).

• Sector Knowledge: Experience in the automotive industry or direct engagement with dealerships is highly regarded.

• Education: University degree (preferred).

• Languages: Native or proficient Spanish and a high level of English (both written and spoken) are crucial for collaboration with our international headquarters.

• Skills: Strong training capabilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a high degree of commitment.
