Mobility Manager, North Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Aim to become the leading choice for over 6 million users 👑

• Develop and enhance our Rent agency network, which consists of several hundred vehicles in Northern Germany

• Contribute to business growth and influence the future trajectory of our SaaS operations

• Enhance business KPIs through effective training and coaching

• Provide operational advice and guidance on managing car rental company activities

• Support their sales region within the German organization

• Acquire license partners

• Promote the sale of VaaS (Vehicle as a Service) products to license partners

• Increase Rent registrations for each license partner

• Conduct business consulting, including potential and economic analysis

• Provide industry-specific consulting

• Perform segment, vehicle, and capacity analysis

• Create and oversee action plans

• Foster local market development

• Provide fundamental training and instruction to employees on technical and IT subjects

• Engage in training and coaching

• Assist or take on responsibilities within competence teams

• Completed degree in business administration or a relevant commercial vocational qualification

• Capacity to design and systematically organize both direct and indirect work environments for the long term

• Proficient in negotiation and project management

• Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with others

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in both German and English

• Capable of effective communication with internal and external clients
