Mobile Service Technician – Emergency Vehicles

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for conducting maintenance on trucks ranging from class 5 to class 8 vehicles as well as recreational vehicles.

• Carry out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on fire trucks and emergency vehicles.

• Perform comprehensive inspections and testing of firefighting equipment and systems.

• Work collaboratively with team members, offering technical support and guidance as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a fire truck technician or in a comparable role.

• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Competence in interpreting technical manuals and schematics.

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Certification or training in fire apparatus maintenance and repair is advantageous.

• CDL - preferred.

• Previous experience in commercial truck repair.

• At least 5 years of experience as a diesel technician.

• Experience with fire truck repairs is a significant advantage.
