This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct maintenance on trucks and recreational vehicles following OEM and company protocols.
• Diagnose and fix truck systems utilizing hand tools and power tools.
• Engage with customers to discuss repair requirements and generate work orders.
• Ensure proper parts inventory is maintained on service vehicles.
• Test drive trucks to identify malfunctions.
• Keep the work area and customer vehicles tidy during the repair process.
• Experience in maintenance for trucks ranging from class 5 to class 8 vehicles, as well as recreational vehicles.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various truck systems using both hand tools and power tools.
• Strong communication skills to effectively understand customers' repair needs.
• Background in creating and managing schedules for repair locations.
• Ability to ensure that repairs are carried out accurately and according to guidelines.
• Valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Capability to work independently while maintaining efficiency standards and adhering to the attendance policy.
