This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, along with inspections and repair tasks on Dingli equipment in the field.
• Quickly respond to service requests and offer troubleshooting assistance to customers across the Nordic region.
• Effectively maintain service records and manage the parts inventory necessary for repairs.
• Conduct training sessions for customers regarding equipment operation and best practices for maintenance.
• Collect customer feedback to drive continuous product enhancements while collaborating with engineering and management teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• A technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a service technician, particularly in the aerial work platform or heavy machinery sector.
• Solid understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems applicable to AWP.
• Experience engaging with clients in the Nordic region is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel frequently within the Nordic region.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of performing under pressure.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Swedish and other Nordic languages will be beneficial, with a preference for Swedish.
