This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.
• Deliver on-site assistance to customers and service partners within the designated Mid West region of the US.
• Perform repairs on coach-side issues including electrical, HVAC, suspension, chassis, and interior systems.
• Document damage and special incident reports related to customer complaints and submit these to the Product Support Manager.
• Execute recalls and product campaigns effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to customers in the assigned area regarding all service and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain current, accurate, and timely records in CRM (Novis), reports, and relevant logs.
• Collaborate efficiently with the product support manager and sales team to meet overall team objectives.
• Analyze customer complaints and generate damage and special incident reports.
• Work with the product support manager to monitor and resolve these complaints.
• Equip and maintain a service vehicle with necessary tools and parts to perform field repairs.
• Assist service partners in the development of campaigns and recalls.
• Educate service personnel from customers on all service and maintenance topics.
• Create and test repair solutions and installation instructions (service bulletins) to resolve customer complaints.
• Conduct recall and campaign work on both company and customer vehicles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of pertinent experience in the automotive industry.
• 2 years of demonstrated experience in the motor coach aftermarket industry.
• Previous experience in the Bus/motor coach industry.
• Capability to comprehend and articulate complex technical products in detail.
• Exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard computer systems/skills.
• High standards of personal and professional integrity, honesty, and accountability.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally over 50% of the time.
