Mobile Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Travel throughout Hanover to meet customers at their locations

• Conduct on-site diagnostics and repairs

• Utilize Cowboy’s diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues

• Provide an effortless, friendly, and effective repair experience

• Serve as Cowboy's ambassador in the city

• Follow up as necessary to ensure the rider is back on the road

• Reside in or around Hanover

• Hold freelance or self-employed status

• Proficiency in German and English
