
Mobile Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Assessing malfunctions and identifying required repairs for fire and emergency equipment.
β’ Operate and inspect equipment while determining the most effective approach to restore the apparatus to a safe operational state.
β’ Inspect components for damage or excessive wear utilizing both personal and company-supplied specialized tools.
β’ Repair, rebuild, overhaul, and substitute defective assemblies and components, including gauges, air fittings, plumbing lines and valves, hydraulic lines, various pumps, and fundamental engine parts.
β’ Conduct tests on repaired equipment to verify operational efficiency and safety before returning the apparatus to service.
β’ Experience as a diesel mechanic, ideally with heavy-duty or emergency vehicles.
β’ A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
β’ Capability to fulfill the physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
β’ Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening.
