Mobile Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assessing malfunctions and identifying required repairs for fire and emergency equipment.

• Operate and inspect equipment while determining the most effective approach to restore the apparatus to a safe operational state.

• Inspect components for damage or excessive wear utilizing both personal and company-supplied specialized tools.

• Repair, rebuild, overhaul, and substitute defective assemblies and components, including gauges, air fittings, plumbing lines and valves, hydraulic lines, various pumps, and fundamental engine parts.

• Conduct tests on repaired equipment to verify operational efficiency and safety before returning the apparatus to service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a diesel mechanic, ideally with heavy-duty or emergency vehicles.

• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Capability to fulfill the physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening.
