Mobile Phlebotomist – Seasonal, Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Ensure accurate collection, labeling, storage, and transportation of samples for testing.

• Adhere to CLIA guidelines to accurately identify the patient prior to specimen collection.

• Acquire the appropriate sample (e.g., whole blood, serum, plasma) through venipuncture and/or fingerstick procedures.

• Label each sample with two distinct identifiers.

• Keep thorough documentation and identification of samples for laboratory transport.

• Comply with all Universal Precautions and OSHA Standards when handling biological specimens.

• Maintain daily records of collections conducted.

• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.

• Phlebotomy Certification (proof of certification is required at the time of hire).

• Proficient in computer and technology use.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
