Mobile Phlebotomist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct home or office visits for patients, travel to and from appointments, and deliver samples to patient service centers or laboratories.

• Adhere to safe and precise blood collection protocols and specimen processing, ensuring a high level of accuracy.

• Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Maintain effective communication with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a phlebotomy certification from a recognized agency.

• Have at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, with a preference for mobile phlebotomy experience.

• Experience in sample processing is required.

• Hold certification from a national organization such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Capability to drive in low-light conditions, as first appointments may start as early as 5am!

• Ability to physically access patients, which includes kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, and reaching.

• Competence in navigating patients' homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 15 pounds while walking.

• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a team setting with minimal supervision.

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are essential.

• Bonus Qualifications: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
