Mobile Nurse, Healthcare Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct venous blood collection during workplace health screening events.

• Offer approachable guidance and assistance to participants throughout the screening experience.

• Provide concise and comprehensible explanations of the measurements performed and the health indicators collected, within your professional capacity.

• Aid in the operation of additional health screening stations, including blood pressure assessments, body composition evaluations, or lung function tests.

• Maintain a hygienic, professional, and well-structured process on-site.

• Prepare and sanitize the work area and necessary materials before and after each assignment.

• Work collaboratively with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events.

• Record relevant procedures in line with our internal quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed nursing qualification or a healthcare-related degree that is officially recognized in France.

• Practical experience in safely and independently performing venous blood collection.

• A friendly, sociable, and professional demeanor.

• Confidence and enthusiasm when engaging with a diverse range of individuals.

• An independent, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to work.

• Strong awareness of hygiene, quality, and data-protection standards.

• Willingness to travel for one-day or multi-day assignments at corporate client sites.

• A valid driver's license is advantageous due to travel needs, but not essential.

• Fluency in French is mandatory.

• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Previous experience in health screenings, preventive healthcare, occupational health, or corporate health events is beneficial.
