Mobile Heat Pump Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver both theoretical and hands-on training on the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of heat pumps.

• Provide on-site training to new partner companies or at training facilities, preparing them for operational deployment.

• Regularly travel throughout Germany to various locations.

• Ensure quality assurance during on-site training and confirm the proper application of training standards.

• Relay field observations back to the academy team to facilitate continuous improvement of training content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the SHK trades (sanitary/heating/HVAC) or an equivalent qualification.

• Practical experience in the installation and commissioning of heat pumps (air-to-water, brine/water, hybrid systems).

• Capability to organize knowledge and communicate it in a clear and understandable manner.

• Experience in training or onboarding colleagues or partner companies is a plus.

• High willingness to travel across Germany and flexibility on-site.

• Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for sharing practical knowledge.

• Enthusiasm for the energy transition and enjoyment in collaborating with tradespeople.
