This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement mobile growth strategies across primary acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and new platforms.
• Take full responsibility for campaign planning, budget distribution, optimization, and performance monitoring from start to finish.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce high-performing, platform-specific ad creatives, including static, video, and user-generated content (UGC).
• Design and execute experiments aimed at enhancing install rates, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Work alongside product and lifecycle teams to refine onboarding processes, conversion flows, and ongoing engagement strategies.
• Construct and utilize attribution frameworks (SKAN, MMPs) to accurately assess performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize based on cost per install (CPI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), payback periods, and retention metrics.
• Identify and expand high-performing channels while swiftly eliminating underperforming ones.
• Stay informed about platform updates, privacy regulations, and new opportunities in mobile growth.
• Possess practical experience managing mobile acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, or Google App Campaigns.
• Think beyond mere installs and optimize for full-funnel metrics, including activation, retention, LTV, and revenue.
• Be comfortable navigating mobile attribution limitations (SKAN, MMPs) and making informed decisions despite imperfect data.
• Thrive in ambiguous situations and have the ability to establish new channels or programs from the ground up.
• Work collaboratively with creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams to foster growth.
• Take initiative and work efficiently, balancing experimentation with execution.
• Communicate effectively and translate performance metrics into business outcomes such as growth, revenue, and efficiency.
