This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Handle challenging situations. Manage tough client discussions, navigate crises under pressure, and assertively address issues when necessary, all while maintaining strong relationships through confidence and empathy.
• Mentor your senior team members. Delegate effectively, coach Senior Consultants for growth, and cultivate a team culture of accountability built on trust.
• Solve problems with a structured approach. Transform ambiguous client requests, messy inputs, poor data, and competing priorities into clear, actionable strategies. Your structured thinking is your competitive advantage.
• Monitor key metrics. Establish KPIs, track performance across accounts, identify discrepancies, and implement quick adjustments. Commercial awareness is integral to your operational approach, not an afterthought.
• Innovate using AI. Leverage generative AI tools to enhance your team's operations, from creative and analytical tasks to daily efficiencies, ensuring Phiture remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Contribute to business growth. Assist in pitches and business development initiatives, demonstrating the ability to accurately scope new projects and prepare your team for successful launches.
• Over 5 years of experience in mobile growth marketing, showcasing a strong history in strategic leadership.
• In-depth knowledge in at least one core area, such as ASO, Paid UA, or CRM/Retention, with substantial hands-on experience rather than mere oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor senior team members, fostering trust and enhancing performance without resorting to micromanagement.
• Significant client management experience across diverse markets. You remain calm in tense situations, instilling confidence in clients as you lead.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills: you can distill ambiguous, conflicting, or incomplete information into a coherent action plan.
• Commercial awareness. You grasp the factors driving revenue, identify project risks, and understand how to protect both margins and client value concurrently.
• Familiarity and experience with generative AI tools, along with a curiosity to continually explore new possibilities.
• A proactive mindset when necessary. You lead by example and are willing to get involved directly when the team requires additional support.
