This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Address maintenance requests related to gas heating systems, boilers, and appliances at various client locations.

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on gas equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines and legal regulations.

• Identify faults and execute repairs promptly to reduce client downtime.

• Install, commission, and maintain commercial gas heating systems and appliances.

• Conduct gas safety inspections and keep precise records of all completed work.

• Ensure that all work adheres to Gas Safety Regulations and applicable industry standards.

• Uphold the condition of company vehicles, tools, and equipment to a high standard.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent JLL professionally at all times.

• Accurately and promptly complete job sheets, risk assessments, and method statements.

• Participate in an on-call rota as necessary.

• Gas Safe registered with relevant commercial qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A minimum).

• Demonstrated experience in commercial gas engineering.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

• Valid UK driving licence.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Capability to work independently and manage your own tasks effectively.

• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Proficient in utilizing mobile technology for job management.

• Additional Gas Safe qualifications (CDGA1, CIGA1, TCPCP1).

• Experience working in commercial offices, retail, or mixed-use properties.

• Electrical qualifications (18th Edition).

• PASMA or IPAF certification.
