Mobile Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and on-demand building fabric maintenance across various client locations.

• Identify and rectify issues related to roofing, door hardware, locks, and windows.

• Carry out tasks including carpentry, painting, plastering, floor and ceiling tiling, as well as minor plumbing work.

• Ensure all activities adhere to Health & Safety standards and meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Accurately document and report work using mobile devices and Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial building fabric maintenance.

• A recognized trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) in electrical, gas, carpentry, painting, or a related discipline is highly beneficial.

• A strong multi-trade background, encompassing areas such as electrical, plumbing, or gas.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Basic proficiency with PCs and tablets.

• A full UK Driving Licence is necessary for mobile positions.
