Mobile Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform both scheduled and emergency maintenance on building fabric

• Identify and rectify problems related to roofing, door hardware, locks, and window repairs

• Carry out tasks in carpentry, painting, plastering, floor and ceiling tiling, as well as minor plumbing

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Precisely document and report work activities using mobile devices and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial building fabric maintenance

• A recognized trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) in electrical, gas, carpentry, painting, or a related discipline is highly beneficial

• Solid multi-trade skills (e.g., electrical, plumbing, gas)

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Basic proficiency with PCs and tablets

• Valid UK Driving Licence (for mobile roles)
